Sessions are available to book in 70-minute or 50-minute time slots. All sessions can be booked with drop-in credits, memberships, or punch passes. All appointment times will open 7-14 days in advance.

Planning to bring a friend? Make sure to purchase a pass and reserve a spot for them to join the session. All sessions are by appointment only.

All passes are nonrefundable. A $10 late cancel fee will apply to bookings cancelled within 5 hours of the appointment time. A $20 no-show fee will be charged for all no-show appointments.
