    The Intro pass is a one-time purchase and will only be valid for 14 days. Intro- passes will be activated on the day of purchase. There are no extensions.

  • The commitment will be stated on each pass description. You can cancel or freeze your membership with 30 day’s notice after the commitment period is completed. Commitment periods are to help small businesses run smoothly and help with cash flow projections. If monthly commitments aren’t for you, please check out our punch pass options.

  • This will depend on the membership you purchase. Typically you can freeze your membership for up to 2 weeks at a time for a maximum of 6 weeks per year. Membership will be frozen in two-week increments.

  • Yes, you can. Only our unlimited membership can be frozen at this time. 30 days notice is needed to freeze memberships.

    You can cancel or freeze your membership with 30 days written and approved notice. Please be sure to give your 1-month notice in writing at least 30 days before your monthly payment is due. Your notice will be considered “received” when you receive a confirmation email from the Plunge Team.

  • Nope! You are free to leave whenever you feel your session is complete. Each session is a 50-100-minute time slot including 10 minutes at the beginning and end of your session to accommodate for changing.

  • At this time all sessions are on an appointment basis only.

    You will need to book your session no later than 30 minutes in advance for us to adequately accommodate you.

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please aim to give at least 5 hours notice. There will be a $20 “No Show” fee or a $10 “Late Cancellation Fee” associated with missed appointments or appointments cancelled within the 5-hour window. You can cancel and rebook your session the same way you originally booked through our website or our booking app. It is not the responsibility of the Plunge Team to rebook or cancel your appointment.

  • Don’t stress! You will be sent a “Pre Plunge Prep List” Prior to your appointment. But we know 99.9% of folks don’t read it so here are some helpful things to know.

    Things to prep for your Plunge:

    Bring a Towel (As I am 1 gal doing all the laundry in my “free time” Plunge charges $5 to rent a towel, please remember to bring your own or two) Please bring swimwear and a water bottle too. We have cups available, but we would really appreciate it if you brought your own bottle.

    Please give yourself 5 minutes to find parking around the building. Please do not park in residential spots labelled “Reserved”. We have 2 spots reserved for unit 112. If these spots are taken, please find alternative spots in the visitor section at the back of the building. PARKING IS FREE

    The doors will not open until your scheduled appointment time, please do not bang on the glass if the doors are locked, we will open the doors when your session is ready.

    Please arrive wearing your swimsuit to save time.

    Please leave at or before your scheduled end time, at the :50 mark for Quickies or the :40 mark for 100 minute sessions. Late departures may result in a fee as this is becoming a problem despite warnings. Your 5-minute warning in the session is to remind you to get dressed now, not to sauna for another 10 minutes…

    Wearing slides is encouraged but not mandatory. Please make sure they are clean and for indoor use.

    Please shower prior to your appointment and do not wear perfumes or lotions.

  • Plunge Squamish is located indoors.

    Each session is either 50 or 100 minutes, you can expect awesome vibes and cool people.

    Our tubs are kept around 7-9 degrees Celsius, and we have ice on hand if needed. Our sauna is an 8-person electric sauna with the option to pour water on the sauna rocks to create a steam effect.

    We have a relaxing lounge area along with enough room for stretching, a yoga mat, and some weights if you have any physio to do.

  • The Wellnest is located at 112-1111 Pioneer Way Squamish BC

    This is the same location as Plunge Wellness Sauna and Plunge Studio.

  • No! You’re in luck! The Plunge Wellness and Wellnest staff will be more than happy to set up your products all around our store giving your products the best opportunity to shine! There is no need to drive to Squamish unless you really want to. If you will be shipping your products to us, we can discuss logistics after your application is accepted

  • To become a member of The Wellnest, we ask for an initial commitment of 3 months, after which all memberships transition to a month-to-month basis. If you find that it's not the right fit for you, we kindly request a minimum of 1 month's notice before moving out.

  • A Wellnest Founding membership will be given to the first 20 creators who apply for a spot. All founding members will need to have an active membership as of December 1st, 2023. The benefit of being a founding member is that your membership price will be locked in for the entire first year! Your commitment is still only 3 months, however, when our prices rise within the first year, your membership price stays the same.

  • We're thrilled to share that we'll be open for both in-person and online shopping throughout December. If you're keen on becoming a founding member, please keep in mind that payment is required upon the acceptance of your application, and your products should be prepared for delivery to 112-1111 Pioneer Way, Squamish, by December 1st.

  • At The Wellnest, we prioritize health, wellness, and home goods as these align best with our clientele visiting the sauna studio. However, we also warmly welcome jewelry, accessories, beauty items, along with cards, stationary, and art. Please be aware of certain restrictions; for example, selling clothing for children under 2 requires specific insurance, and products containing cannabis or hemp are not allowed. Additionally, all creators must have their own business liability insurance and ensure their products are adequately insured against various causes.

  • At The Wellnest, you only need to cover your monthly membership fee. All expenses related to marketing, and retail operations, are covered by Plunge Wellness and The Wellnest, ensuring a straightforward and cost-effective experience for you.

    Taxes and transaction fees are paid by the customer. 7% Provincial Sales Tax (PST) 5% Federal Goods and Services Tax (GST) and a 3% transaction fee for card transactions.

  • The Wellnest and Plunge Wellness are in the same unit (112-1111 Pioneer Way)

    Plunge Wellness expects to have upwards of 50 guests per day visiting the wellness studio. As for walk-by traffic, we are in a prime location, right beside the residential entry door for the building, there are over residential units in the building meaning a handful of these residents will be checking out our store daily!
