  • No.

    The Intro month pass is a one time purchase and will only be valid for 30 days. Into-month passes will be activated on opening day.

  • Monthly memberships have a 3-month commitment. After that, the pass will switch to a month-to-month basis. meaning you can cancel or freeze your membership with 1 month’s notice.

  • You can freeze your membership for up to 3 months in a calendar year. Membership will be frozen in one-month increments.

  • Yes, you can.

    You can cancel or freeze your membership with 1 calendar month’s notice. Please be sure to give your 1-month notice in writing at least 30 days before your last month’s payment is due. Your notice will be considered “received” when you receive a confirmation email from the Plunge Team.

  • To hold your membership while you are away or ill, we do require 1 month’s notice and there will be a $10/month charge to hold your spot.

  • Nope! As long as you arrive on time, you are free to leave whenever you feel your session is complete. Each session is a 110-minute time slot with 10 minutes at the beginning and en of your session to accommodate for changing.

  • At this time all sessions are on an appointment basis only.

    You will need to book your session 12 hours in advance for us to adequately accommodate you.

  • If you need to cancel reschedule your appointment, please aim to give at least 24 hours notice. There will be a “No Show” or “cancellation fee” associated with missed appointments or appointments cancelled within the 24-hour window.

  • Don’t stress! You will be sent a “Pre Plunge Prep List” Prior to your appointment.

    Some helpful things to prep for your Plunge are this:

    Please aim to arrive 10 minutes early to find parking around the building.

    Please aim to arrive wearing your swimsuit.

    Wearing slides is encouraged but not mandatory. Please make sure they are clean.

    Please aim to shower prior o your appointment and do not wear perfumes or lotions.

  • Each guest will get:

    2 towels (Feel free to bring your own too)

    Access to 1 cubby with a basket for your belongings and a shoe rack!
